When commissioning a wedding photographer it’s important to maintain a sense of proportion. Balancing price and product can be a difficult task when standing before a towering, well oiled industry of service providers. For better or worse; planning and enjoying a wedding day is a onetime experience for most couples. I often say to prospective clients that, ‘choosing a photographer, dressmaker or reception venue should be as much about relating to the people as it is about the products and services they offer’. No one wants or needs a “salesman” at their wedding. In good times and bad you need to be able to call upon trusted and experienced professionals.
